Aegis is a relic item in UnderMine. It halves damage sustained when the peasant's health is below 25%. It does not reduce damage from TRANSMUT3 and levers in Sacrifice Rooms.

- The Aegis could be a reference to Greek mythology, in which Aegis was a shield made from goat skin to protect Amalthea.
- The person that The Knight Toadvine saved was most likely Bathcat; that could be why Toadvine dislikes Bathcat and why Bathcat always seems so shy.
