Bottled Lightning is a relic item in UnderMine.
Upon hitting an enemy with either swing or thrown damage, there is a 25% chance that electricity will shock other monsters in the room for moderate damage.
Enemies shocked while in contact with water will cause the water to become electrified and can damage the player as well.
