Capture Sphere is a relic item in UnderMine.
While equipped, for every enemy killed with a bomb, your bomb damage is increased by 5. This is only permanent for the duration of the current run.
This relic doesn't have a limit to the bomb damage it can do. The technical limit is 2.14 billion bomb damage (it will crash the game); however, it is implausible to kill 428 million enemies in a single run.
The damage increase from Capture Sphere doesn't pair with 
U-235, since it sets the bomb damage to a specific amount.
