Circle of Transmutation is a potion item in UnderMine.
The potion can transform a relic on the ground into any other unlocked relic; rarity does not limit the transmutation pool.
This potion can also transmute food, basic items, blessings and potions that are on the ground, however the resulting transmuted items will only have 1HP, items can still be transmuted multiple times though.
