Death's Head, also refered as Mothman, was an NPC in UnderMine.
It could be found after defeating Seer, World's Heart, the boss of the Golden Core.
When the Peasant talked to it, Death's Head would explain to them that they have reached the end of the run. Death's Head was removed in the full release of the game (Version 1.0.0) and replaced by Death's Hand.
