Extra Float Boots was a relic item in UnderMine.
This relic was added to the Public Beta Branch on April Fools. It replaced 
Float Boots and drastically changed the way that the boots work.
Since the player is not touching the ground multiple features were added:
- Walking in any direction is quite slow
- Swinging with your pickaxe will propel you in the opposite direction of the swing
- Throwing your pickaxe will propel you in the opposite direction of the thrown pickaxe
- Jumping will result in the character jumping much higher and falling much slower
- Momentum can be chained
