Minor Curse at Sho'guul's lair.
It increases all sources of healing by 10% additively for each rank; it reaches its cap at 40 ranks. It does not require Thorium to unlock; it is received by freeing Lillyth and speaking with her in the Hub. It is diametrically opposed by 
Illness (Curse).
