The Hobble Doll is an enemy in UnderMine.
It emanates a cone of "hypnotic beams" that will always face the direction of the player, which cause the player to be hobbled.
While the doll is emitting its hypnotic beam, it cannot move, so the best strategy is either to kill it or to get out of its range.
