Lucky Charm is a relic item in UnderMine.
It can (at a low chance) prevent the player from dying when their health reaches 0. It can be combined with the 
Lockpick to obtain the 
Lucky Lockpick.
The blueprint for this item is obtained by purchasing it from Black Rabbit, and if you sell the relic to her after crafting it, she will give a special dialogue.
