Mighty Metamorphim is a potion item in UnderMine.
When used, all of the player's carried relics are removed from their inventory and strewn about on the ground, where they are then transformed into various other relics not yet acquired during the run. The player can then choose which relics to retrieve.
Using this potion in a room with a TRANSMUT3 machine (or in conjunction with 
TRANSMUT3 in a Bottle, 
Transmutagen potions, or the 
Transmutagen Blast relic) allows for a significant degree of player control over which relics to choose during a run. Care should be taken, however — relics that can be found are limited to a single pool of possibilities generated at the beginning of each run, and if this pool is exhausted, relics will not revert to those previously acquired, and will instead transmute into 
Hot Cross Buns.
