Noori is a special being that can phase between the known world and another world sometimes referred to as the Othermine. The Othermine takes on properties of the regular world, but twists them in a variety of ways. Noori's connection with the regular world is at its strongest when in the light. Darkness allows him to slip between the planes into the Othermine.

Noori's Fragment artifact item in UnderMine
It is dropped from Noori, Spectre of Darkness on the last floor of the Halls of Din once he has been defeated for the first time. When unlocked, it is embedded in the ancient and mysterious gate found in the back room of the hub.
