Noxious Goblin is an enemy in UnderMine.
The Noxious Goblin will periodically place 
poison mines until they are killed.
Sometimes approaching them will cause them to get scared, spewing three poison mines around where they are.
The Noxious Goblin will not activate poison mines when stepping near them.
