Othermine Conduit is a relic item in UnderMine.
Its Blueprint is found after defeating Noori, Spectre of Darkness for the first time.
It summons a hand every 5 seconds to attack enemies (if there are any) in the room, even those that appear after clearing the room. It is able to hit multiple enemies at once, though it can also miss hitting them during its animation. It is affected by the player's swing damage. It does not damage the player when it attacks charged 
Lightning Mites.
