Pilfer NPC is a friendly pilfer found in the Hub which sells Shop's upgrades.
He can be unlocked by paying 
1,200 to Shop Keeper to join the loyalty program.
Can be bombed to unlock Pilfer's Gift's Schematics.
He sells:
Food Voucher (and its upgraded version)- TRANSMUT3 Installation (and its upgraded versions)
- Special Item Voucher (and its upgraded version)
- Basic Item Voucher
