Tariffs is a major curse item in UnderMine.
It increases all costs by 1.5x, including health, Curses and Keys costs. The health costs in Sacrifice Rooms, Purge Potions and for the TRANSMUT3 Installation are not affected by this Curse. It does not double the amount of Curses the Peasant gets when opening a cursed Chest.
Discounts and Tariffs both are calculated from the base price before being applied. For example, a bomb that costs 150 would cost 195 with 20% discount and Tariffs.
