Tortoise Shield is a relic item in UnderMine.

This relic slows down most enemy projectiles, with the notable exception of Seer's black spheres.

This can lead to negative interactions with more projectiles on screen, but generally it makes them easier to dodge.

Some players find it difficult to light the torches in the Noori boss fight with this relic.

Arrow Trap, Torch, and Wall Torch projectiles also get slowed down.

Using Grimhilde's Mirror on slowed projectiles will speed them back up to normal speed again.
