Transmutagen Blast is a unique bomb relic in UnderMine. It costs 3 Major Curses at Sho'guul's lair.

It converts Basic Items, Foods, Potions, and Relics within its blast radius into something else. Thorium can transmute into Gold.

Items still take explosion damage, so bombing an item 4 times will destroy it. Bombing an item fifth time will still transmute the item so if for example you are bombing a relic and you bomb it 5 times, the 5th relic will be removed from the relic pool without the player seeing it (though the game's Sprite Blaster does show particles related to the color of the item so if its a particularily recognizable explosion it can sometime be descerned from the spray of particles).

Relics in Shops and Offering Rooms can be transmuted; Shop prices will change to the new relic's.

Relics sold by Black Rabbit can be transmuted.

Legendary relics cannot be transmuted. However they can be Transmuted using Metamorphim or Mighty Metamorphim

Tips and tricks

• The player can pick other Bomb Relics for +1 Bomb and then pick up the Transmutagen Blast, then blowing up the other to get a new relic. A maximum of 4 Bombs, as the new relic might still be a Bomb relic. This does not reset the relic's HP, you can still only blow it up 4 times.

Cosmetics

If the Peasant is in the blast radius of the Transmutagen Blast, the Peasant's appearance, including name, gender, hair color, skin color, and clothes color are rerolled.
